Personal Training

Body basic Training Session

Included with your membership is our complimentary Basic Body Training Session with one of our Certified Fitness Professionals. The purpose of this session is to provide a foundation for which other training may follow. It will be entertaining, educational, and you will leave feeling great! (limit 1 per member)

 

 

Body Start I

Working with your trainer for 3 one-hour sessions over 2 weeks will provide you with the professional guidance that you will need to start you off and running in the direction of great results. You will learn the exercise principals and techniques that will help to maxi-mize your time and effort at the gym! (limit 1 time per member )

 

 

Body Start II

Working with your trainer for 1 one-hour sessions per week for 5 weeks will provide you with the professional guidance that you will need to establish a pattern of long term suc-cess. You will learn the exercise principals and techniques that will help to maximize your time and effort at the gym! (limit 1 time per member )

 

 

Body Action

Working with your trainer for 1 one-hour sessions per week for 12 weeks (12 sessions) will not only provide you with the exercise principals and techniques that will best match your fitness expectations, but your action will produce a positive change in how you look and feel!

 

 

Body Blast

Working with your trainer for 2 one-hour sessions per week for 12 weeks (24 sessions) enables us to combine the right amount of expert guidance , motivation, and education to help blast your body to a new level of fitness results you never thought possible!

 

 

Body Transformation

Working with your trainer for 3 one-hour sessions per week for 12 (36 sessions) weeks will not only transform your body, but teach you the basic anatomy and exercise principals that will benefit you for the rest of your healthy life. If you have high expectations and demand dramatic results, you need this program!
